  : Had a very nice stay here! Looked like a renovated room, very new and clean, with great shower and great bed. Excellent view on the street, with nice balcony. Code for all doors available so you can walk in at any time. Quick check in and check out, no nonsense. 12 minute walk to the train station, a half an hour walk to the city center. Perfect for young people who want a small but decent room at an affordable price, with good connection to the airport.

  : Great location, not too far from the center and close to Termini, there are many coffee places around good for breakfast, with decent prices. It’s a very good choice if you are in Rome for few days, and you dont plan to just stay in the room.

  : With the balcony doors and shutters closed it was dark and quiet. The old fashion sping mattress was actually quit comfortable.

  : Very good location, relative to the central station in the city. Termini is only about 7-8 minutes walk, and from there the whole city is yours. There is a great bus station as well as metro access. The neighborhood is quiet. There are several supermarkets nearby as well as eateries. Personally, I was travelling alone and I can say that I didn't have any problems. The staff is helpful and friendly. The place is suitable for people who don't mind what's in their room. It is suitable for people who just want to have a comfortable bed and a private toilet and are not demanding on the subject of side noise, lack of breakfast and so on. It's a place for unpretentious people. It is extremely clean. It's suitable for couples, but I wouldn't recommend it to families with children. The price I paid for 4 nights was completely within my budget.
  : I can't say negative, but it's important to share. Located on floor 6. Sometimes the elevator does not work because there are specifics of use. If its doors are not closed properly by the front caller, it may not be in motion. Generally, if you are sensitive on the subject of sounds, if there are some a little noisy in the next room, you will hear sounds or talking, but it is within normal. When you run the shower, you should wait 1-2 minutes for the hot water to come on. There is not always good pressure, but you can take a regular shower anyway. Evening is ideal.
