  : Beds were very comfortable, window view onto Piazza was lively and fun, enough space to spread out, greated in person with lots of information, excellent location, very central, large selection of cafes, shops & restaurants on piazza, market in the am.
  : Pictures on Bookings lead me to belive the apartment was bigger than it actually was. was extremely noisy at night. Didn't expect that, although we were so tired from our sightseeing we crashed every night anyway. AC didn't work - sent an email asking for help as instructed and got no response. Apartment ended up being hot and muggy all the time so we couldn't return until the end of the day. Hallway light was out, nerve-wracking to climb the stairs in the dark. Greeted with "we had no name" which was weird as our cc was pre authorized. Bathroom in poor repair, shower tiny. Kitchen more of a kitchenette. "Coffee pot" was a one serving French Press.
