  : We really enjoyed the location, especially once we mastered the metro system. The staff were very helpful and lovely. It was a fantastic spot and we would return.

  : Never before had I such a bad experience in a hotel. We left in the room our electronics(two tablets, one laptop and a camera), and one day before our departure, they stole them from inside our room. Rome is a big city and you are extra careful when you are outside because of pickpockets and thieves. But your belongings to be stolen inside the room of the hotel, well, thats another level of absurdness. Nothing else was stolen from the room, nor the TV nor clothes, wallets and luggages. It seemed somehow that they knew exactly where the things were(I had put my laptop between two sets of clothes, hidden somehow, and still they knew exactly where to look). Obviously police was called but they didn't even know how to speak English, let alone to find any evidence of the stealing. What was more ridiculous though were the justifications of the owner. First she implied that we didn't lock the door properly. I am 100% sure that the door was locked before we leave the room. Furthermore, she added that the cleaning lady saw us around 1pm and said hi to us, even though we left the room from 11am. I mentioned that I find it strange that they didn't steal other things from us(my headphones that cost around 100euros weren't gone) and she responded with "well, be happy that they left something for you". Completely crazy. Also, in the halls there are signs that there are surveillance cameras but the owner said that they dont work(what a coincidence). And lastly, she mentioned that some time ago, some other tourists got stolen in the hotel. If this is not the reason to put then surveillance cameras, what is it? Ridiculous. Please avoid it.

  : Breakfast was nice, quiet street from busy Roma hustle and good night sleep.
  : We got the room at the rooftop, so many stairs! I booked this because it says it provided lift which it did, but We had to lift our two giant luggages to the rooftop. And theres a bump in front of our room, I didnt see it at night, I fell and twisted my ankle really bad, luckily I didnt hit my head while I fell

  : Good location, very attentive staff, not a luxurious place but you get what you paid for. Rooms were clean and spacious, beds are comfortable overall. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but fresh and satisfying.
  : Rooms are not soundproof, I had a really hard time sleeping as guests overall are not mindful when walking around the property. A second lock on the rooms door would also provide extra safety.

  : The location is great, metro is just around the corner, 5min and you are at Termini station. Rooms were clean, quite big, with TV and fridge. Breakfast was simple, but delicious. Totally recommend this place for staying.
  : There is a common bathroom for some rooms, and there was quite chilly in December.:) There was no kettle for tea available, if you wanted to make tea in the evening.

  : Clean and comfortable room, wifi and AC works well. It's not located in the city centre but it's close (2min) to metro station and just few stops from Coloseum. Hotel is rather easy to find and we could self checkin at any time. Nice terrace but unfortunately we didn't eat breakfast there as it was too cold.
  : Breakfasts are only sweet - Italian style: croissant, yoghurt, nutella, cookies. The building is rather old so the doors and walls are thin - a little bit noisy at night. Be prepared that metro in Rome is sometimes extremely crowded (especially mornings and after work) and you might not catch the first train.

  : Staff were nice and friendly. 100 m away from Metro station line B. I liked it that was far from the tourist madness and rather calm area, while still very accessible. Super nice terrace.
  : Breakfast could have been better, like having eggs, higher quality bread. However if you are into sweet breakfast was good!
