  : The staff was very welcoming and helpful, they even gave us some tips about restaurants and such. The room is really cozy with a private bathroom. Breakfast was good. Location is superb with the Vatican almost literally around the corner. There's also a bus stop literally in front of the outside door that takes you further into the city.
  : The room was a bit small, though more than enough if you just plan on using it for rest.

  : Good position - 4 min from metro Cipro and 3 min to Vatican museums, 10 min to Vatican and St. Peter's square. The room is quite nice (even looks much better than on the pictures here on Booking). Breakfast is very good - not only typical Italian sweet one with coffee only, but also cheese/ham/yogurt/fruit & tea were provided. Last day we had to leave very early, informed owner that we would like to have breakfast much earlier and we've found it prepared next morning, which was really nice and appreciated!
  : We didn't have warm water for 2 evenings which was explained by the owner that there was some technical issue, so hopefully this was one-off issue.

  : We liked the breakfasts which set us up for the day. Staff were great at giving us tips on where to go and what to do. The location was very convenient, close to the Vatican which is 5 mins away by walking. Two really close metro stations. It was clean and tidy.
  : Only issue was the shower not draining properly and the safe not locking and unlocking properly.

  : fantastic place to stay! great conditions, very comfortable, it feels like we are in our own home. Alba is very friendly, always helpful with guests. one day we went to Florence and left at 06:30h and left us the breakfast prepared so that nothing was missing! I recommend 5*****
