  : Location is the best about apartment. It's also good to provide three separate rooms (turning a living room into bedroom). Getting into the apartment was so easy. Hosts arranged shuttle service - no effort on my side! Price/Performance was excellent. A good thing was heating - in autumn evenings it got cool and it was so nice to warm the place just a little bit. There are small things though, that may increase rating of the property to 10, see below
  : If hosts would put a very little effort, living in the apartment would be so much better. Just make sure that drains in both nice showers are cleared, just use drain cleaner! Also, fix the dishwasher, a small thing but improves feeling so much. Add some basic cutlery (you are in Rome, you eat out, but still - there's a reason to rent an apartment - quick fix cheaper meals). I know its a nit-picking but the apartment deserves score 10. Go for it!

  : it was in a great location and was convenient for a large group. definitely appreciated having two bathrooms and air conditioning.
  : the beds could be more comfortable, and more supplies could be provided, such as toilet paper and cutlery/dish washing detergent.

  : The geographic situation of the apartment is perfect. It is super well located near to the trevi fountain and the spanish steps. The apartment is spatious.
  : The kitchen is very very poorly equiped. There weren't even little spoons nor a pan to cook (there was a very dirty and old pan), no big bowls. The beds were not very comfortable especially the sofa beds. The apartment is very badly isolated from the noise in the street.

  : The keys that were given to us did not unlock the unit. We were locked out waiting for the property manager to come let us into the unit for about 40 minutes. The washer was broken and spilled water all over the kitchen floor, and some of the furniture was broken.
