: Location. Kitchen.
: When arranging check-in, the representative of the management company handling the apartment told me that someone would be there to meet me at 1700, even though check in is stated as 1400-2100. After I responded that this was unacceptable, he agreed to have someone there earlier, but lectured me that I didn't understand how apartments work. When I checked in, I was told that there are no individual controls for the heat. The radiator has a cover which cannot be removed. With the heat on, the apartment was suffocating hot - too hot to sleep. Finally, by 2AM, I managed to find a way to reach through the radiator cover to turn off the heat. This needs to be addressed.

: Good location. Staff was easy to communicate with.
: Mold in the bathroom and kitchen section. Beds were uncomfortable even for European standards. Outlets required the electric kettle to be on the floor when in use. No spatulas for cooking.
