  : They charge you with 30 euros for a cleaning, but the apartment isn’t so clean.

  : Area around is quiet, short walk to Metro and bus stop. A few shops around and eating places.
  : Labelling of apartment on the outside not clear. Kettle full of limescale and could do with updating to filter kettle. Cups were not clean, they had tea/coffee stains, had to scrub them before use. Fridge was noisy especially at night.

  : I think the apartment offers some basic features- good accessibility to subway (10 min) and bus (3-5 min)- being a residential area, lots of mini-markets/supermarkets and small places to eat- big space inside - very friendly and helpful host/agency (everything we asked for they were prompt and efficient, e.g. early check-in, changing the blanket/cover as it was full of hair from the previous guests' dog).But still, a lot of things needs to be improved.
  : The cleanliness must be improved so to ensure e good stay at the apartment.I would also recommend to check the inside facilities that were included in the presentation and showed in the pictures, because these are too old and even not working or missing:- microwave and toaster not working- kitchen needs deeper cleaning- hairdryer missing- bathroom amenities too old, shower almost broken.Hot water was hard to get sometimes.

  : The apartment was completely different from the photos, the furniture was ruined and the place was completely dirty. The shower was not cleaned, it had fungus and there was hair on the bathroom floor. Also, the bathroom doors were not closing. The last day we didn't have warm water. Would not recommend it. For the price you pay is a complete disaster.
