  : the suite was elegant, stylish and spotless. Loved the massive walk in robe. Bathroom was spacious and the rain shower powerful and very welcome after a hot day exploring Rome.It was good to be able to make coffee at any time and not be restricted to fixed times.Location is a good 30 mins walk from central Rome which is good because it's quiet. there is a good bus system too which takes you into central Rome. Also close to Trastevere which is a lively area in the evenings.
  : The kitchen/breakfast room was pretty hot. maybe a fan would help here. the self serve breakfast is fairly limited though I realise that this is usual for Italy. The daily fresh croissants are very good. Perhaps muesli and yoghurt could be offered too.

  : All in all, great place! Good location, tidy, cosy rooms. They owner even brings fresh pastry for breakfast. . If u move around whole day and just look for a cosy place for night then definitely the right choice! The staff es really really friendly!
  : Only one thing negative, the room we stayed in, smelled fuggy, but with opened window was all right

  : Great value for money in lovely Giannicolo area, very clean, well run the little operation at a third of nearby hotels. Room flat screen, good bathroom with toiletries and simple but sufficient self-service breakfast...all in all you will be pleased with yourself for having saved an extra 100 to spend in Rome!
  : Nothing not to like for the price and location.

  : Hotel is good, has the basic facilities and is very well located in terms how close it is against the most famous places to be visited.
  : My recommendation would be to have cooked/elaborated breakfast (i.e. fried eggs, bacon, etc)

  : Pre-packaged breakfast was kept in the kitchen which could be eaten at our own convenience.Clean and spacious rooms
  : Location could have been better. It’s a good 30 minutes walk to the city centre. Buses are available for those unwilling to walk, but we had a hard time since the buses were not frequent and never on time.
