  : No hot water, dirty floors, ran out of our 1 roll of toilet paper. Very hard to check in

  : The staff couldn't do enough for us, such as allowing a late check out while we visited the Vatican. There was some reasonable restaurants just a few steps away and was close to Ottaviano metro station.
  : Communication via the intercom was difficult at times. For example, an apparent misunderstanding left us waiting 15 minutes to collect our bags and be shown to our room. After agreeing a time, they were then in a rush to finish their shift and we got little more than our keys and no info! The room needs a fresh coat of paint with spillages on much of the walls, while the taps in the sink were spraying in all directions at times. Worse of all though, the double bed barely fitted myself and my wife and was so soft I could feel the springs.

  : Bed uncoftable no food so can't rate .lights didn't work .someone could be electrocuted. Couldn't get in when arrived although arranged late checkout .And when others tried to check in we helped as no one was around .sheets smelled no bed spread .

  : Check in was quite difficult since there was no staff available in the hotel during our arrival. Waited almost an hour outside the building for someone to open the main door of the hotel
  : They should atleast check if somebody is waiting outside the hotel for check in especially when they know there is someone arriving

  : The location is superb! It is only a few minutes walk to St Peter's Square and the entrance of the Vatican Museum. There are small nice restaurants and cafs in the neighborhood. Good value for money.
  : The furniture was old, the toilet seat has fallen off, the shower did not work properly, and the electricity went out one morning. But with some flexibility you can weather such inconveniences easily. You will only sleep here anyway. The price and the location are hard to beat. We enjoyed our stay.

  : Location, location, location. Next to Vatican and buses, metro, stores, restaurants, department store, everything. Walking distance to centro storico too.
