  : It was close to the metro and train station
  : The reception area was on a different floor than the rooms and every time that we were getting in we had to go to that level to ask them to open the door. Also, the rooms smelled bad.

  : Staff was very friendly.
  : The hotel reception is at the 4th floor of an apartment building where maybe 8 or 10 such hotels are hosted. To get to the rooms you then need to go out to the stairwell and climb to the 5th floor. Almost no hot water in the morning. Breakfast is poor.

  : Location was 4 minutes walk from Termini station. It included a reasonable breakfast. The room was clean, (I'm looking for good points!) well provided with power sockets and lamps, and air conditioning. With the window closed there was no street noise. The bathroom facilities were good and included a bidet.
  : No obvious sign when trying to locate the hotel on foot ( it is a 4th floor hotel and needs to be found by the number of the address). The receptionist's welcome was polite but not as friendly as all our other hotels (other staff were better), The bath towels left on a rack out of my reach. The provided toiletries were adequate but not generous. The room decor was in good condition but not a delight. The bed was too firm for our liking with no softening topper. There was only 1 extra pillow - although I expect we could have asked for another. These things added up to it being our least favourite hotel of our Italian holiday - although it was definitely an adequate place for a couple of days and we booked only a few weeks before we arrived.

  : The property was walking distance to Termini and very close proximity to major attractions, 20-30 minutes. And easy to catch taxi or metro at Termini.
  : Breakfast was not that great, it was continental not buffet. The hotel lift was small and at times seemed that it could dysfunction. Bathroom was very small but everything was very clean.

  : Good location close to Termini Station (5 minutes) with quick access to the airport (less than 40 minutes). Breakfast included and room with good equipment.
  : The breakfast could offer more choice (for instance fruits).
