  : The double bedroom was what we expected. It was small but for the price we paid at such late notice, it was nice. It was clean and well kept, there was a bath that we used and the aircon/fan worked well. There was a free breakfast which we didnt know about so this was helpful to pick something up on the way out. It also had gluten free cornflakes which was unexpected.
  : The quadruple room was very disappointing. It was nothing like the pictures online. When we arrived they said they were sending maintenance in to 'fix the wall'. This never happened but also should have been done before our stay. There were uneven, unfinished walls, toilet seat hanging off the toilet and the aircon didnt work properly. I would expect this type of room in a hostel, not a hotel. The beds looked as though they had been squashed in down the sides and the room wasn't made for 4 adults, thankfully only 3 were staying in it.The lift was okay but very very old and rickety. If you dont like lifts, then don't stay here as this is their only option unless there's an emergency. They werent overly keen on opening the stairs otherwise.Lastly, the electricity. One evening it went off overnight at least 5 times. When we asked the staff (who we struggled to find due to the stairs/lift situation) they said it happens sometimes! It was an issue with charging devices overnight, use of the lift and the aircon and fan were constantly turning off/on, keeping us awake a lot of the night.

  : close to access from termini, everything is around and was super nice, sadly did not have a room for my whole stay, but still enjoyed stay very much.Small room to crush, take a shower and keep your stuff, for this weather it was amazing cause my room was facing inside of the property, so no direct sunlight, since room was small it quickly cooled off. Staff was super nice and friendly, lady in the mornings, whom was serving a breakfast always suggested pastries she likes the most, so I could try it, she was nice and sweet, felt like a family member. You can leave your keys at reception if you going anywhere and pick them up even at the middle of the night, so it is a good option and safer since you won’t loose them.Overall had a pleasant stay, close to termini and no trouble at all
  : Maybe that I didn’t get a new paper roll when was cleaning, although the one I had was almost done. And if you like a bigger room, this is not gonna be your choice, I went for single room for 1 person, room was really small, fine for me, but could be an issue if you need more space.

  : where to begin - we stayed for 8 days, no change in linen or towels, even after repeatedly requesting for them- no hot water most of the time- the temperature of the water in the shower fluctuated continuously - flush not working properly- one day we returned to find our room door open. we complained to 3 people. no one seemed to even care, forget apologizing for it WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

  : Breakfast was excellent, I had a double room just for me which was very clean. The staff were great and I must say this hotel is amazing value for money in a great area. I will definitely come back! :)It's also only a 5 minute (if not less) walk from Roma Termini train station, so you have access to national rail and metro services at your fingertips.
  : Only thing is, the air conditioning broke after a little while and was quite noisy/temperamental when it did work. It can be a little noisy at night but nothing too bad!

  : I really liked the location.Its perfect.
  : I didnt like that the director of the hotel wanted to charge me 100 € for the booking reservation that I made.I made a mistake while choosing the wrong month in reservation.Booking customer service had to interfere,otherwise I would pay 100 € more than needed.

  : The location is good.
  : The stuff didn't give us the room we booked telling they all were busy((( they just scammers. So they gave us the oldest ugliest room I've ever seen. There were 4 of us, 2 adults planned stay with 2 small children and had to put beds together to sleep and stay in the room 12 square meters...we had no other option as it was football championship, all the hotels were busy around. The breakfast is just disappointment..The window in this room is...my father is younger than this window, all nights long we could here EVERYTHING happened in the street - somebody's mobile phone ringing, trash car, people talking about pizza's taste and of course screaming fans after championship...till 5am..

  : Bed were extremely uncomfortable, bathroom was smaller than a broom closet. Shower head was horrible and felt messy and confusing. Breakfast was very confusing with no signs, food wasn’t bad though. I would recommend booking.com to remove this property, or for them to up their standards with basic living requirements such as a shower that you can fit into and so much as a fridge. NOT worth the money.
