  : The breakfast was awful. Honestly, there was no breakfast. Just a few pieces of bread and an apple juice mixed with water. Piece of crap.

  : The location. Eather if you like to walk or take bus or metro, you are close to everywhere. There are enough supermarkets and restaurants in the area so even if you are dead tired you still can have a quick delicious bite and go back to the bed. The staff was also very polite and helpful and we found great that the hotel is pet friendly even if we don't have a pet. The beds and the pillows were comfortable enough, if it wasnt so dusty it would have been the perfect budget hotel.
  : The blankets, pillows, quilts and curtains were extremely dusty, me and my friend are both allergic, so it was kind of a nightmare :( The sheets were clean and soft thought. Also it is not possible to control the temperature in each room separately which is also not user friendly, it was terribly hot but we did manage the situation with some help from the staff. The shower didn't have enough pressure so instead of 5 min shower it is more like 20 min shower. The breakfast room is small and crowded underground area, there are only sweet pastries available so if you are used to have a salty sandwich in the morning you might need to bring your own ingredients. Also the pastries are finishing quite fast and you need to wait for refill which is very annoying and it causes lines and tension in the guests. Overall the hotel is ok but it does need some works done, some deeper cleaning and some slight improvements on the breakfast procedure.

  : It's a budget hotel as described. Fair equipment, top located for our needs. Beds comfy and clean, quite during our stay. Breakfast lady.Would come again.
  : Water in shower is a lottery, one day warm, one day cold.Breakfast only sweet, but this was mentioned in comments before and is italian like. I would prefer something else. The lady IS a pearl, also mentioned already here.More plugs needed, only one free plug we found.

  : One of the staff called the police for US because the room was too cold we ask him about the heating not working he said we have to pay extra €10 which erupt in To disagreement among us and he called the police
