  : Difficult to find way in when driving even with navigation. Second unauthorized 543. credit card transaction 3 weeks after we left the country. Notified them and no communication back.

  : The proximity to the airport.
  : I booked a room with 2 beds and at check in when I handed 4 passports they said for "safety issues" they couldn't accommodate 4 (2 adults 2 children 10&under) in that room and we would need to pay 90euro more for a "family room." (we were checking in approx 730pm and leaving at 4am for a flight.). When we arrived to the "family room" there was a king bed and loveseat (not a pullout.). I had to go back downstairs and speak to a manager who reiterated I booked the "wrong room for our party" and who sent two twin rollaway beds to the family room. (Again I'm not sure how they rectify that going from two beds to one is a family suite and we should be up charged.). We stayed in Europe over the course of 5 weeks and never had this brought up or happen at any hotel we stayed in. Cheap move toward weary travelers and Shame on you Hilton!!!

  : I arrived late at night with two teenagers and one baby.the gentleman at the desk was very helpful.the room was big enough for us plus enough beds.Amazing breakfast (starts at 6 am so very convenient for people with early flights).The breakfast was excellent with so many options to choose from.The guy at the desk arranged for the airport shuttle (very fast).In general it was a good stay although it was for one night .
  : The hotel manager should speak with the airport staff about the tunnel that connects the hotel to the airport.IT WAS LIKE HELLFIRE.No air conditioning throughout the tunnel(it was a very long walk ).
