  : My experience at the hotel was nothing short of terrible. From the lack of security measures to the absence of room keeping services and unaddressed hygiene concerns, every aspect of my stay was deeply disappointing. The noise from ongoing construction activities and the ineffective attempts at compensation only added to the overall dissatisfaction.
  : During my stay at the hotel, I was appalled to discover that the bed sheets were never changed throughout my entire visit, despite my complaints. This blatant disregard for basic hygiene standards was both alarming and unsanitary. Furthermore, the absence of a lobby was highly inconvenient. It felt like a cheap guest-house. To make matters worse, the hotel was located within a building undergoing renovations. The incessant noise from the construction activities, starting as early as 8 AM each morning, made it nearly impossible to get any rest or enjoy a peaceful stay. This disturbance greatly detracted from the overall quality of the hotel experience. These factors combined to create an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience during my stay at the hotel. It is disheartening to encounter such subpar conditions and lack of attention to customer satisfaction, especially considering the high cost of our stay.

  : The location, the staff, the interior. Everything. It was spotless. Had a great stay and the room was very nice. Wished we stayed longer. The guy in the reception is amazing and helpful and provided good information and restaurant recommendation .it was a great end to our italy cruise trip .

  : A scam of a hotel! Nothing to like as they announce it as a four star hotel with a high booking.com rating while in reality I would rate it a 2 star.
  : It is only half a floor of a big building and has no reception at night. The staff in the morning were really bad and the room was very small and the bathroom filthy.
